REEP develops and supports youth leadership in the Roxbury neighborhood through a school-based environmental justice curriculum, an after-school youth leadership program, and youth-led organizing projects. "Environmental Justice" gives a name to the oppression they see in their community every day, and REEP gives them the tools & skills they need to challenge it.

Their own website declares, "We teach teens about environmental justice. Your environment is your surroundings; often what surrounds you in your community sucks. We work with teens, adults and city officials to make our neighborhoods better for everyone."

developed an awesome curriculum, and families are now enrolling their kids.
