This announcement is in  English followed by Spanish.

The Constitutional reform has been presented by President Chavez, the 
National Assembly, and the People through consultations throughout the 
country. This reform will be implemented if the majority of the voters 
vote "YES" in the next referendum on December 2nd in Venezuela.

The Bolivarian Circle of Boston is offering two workshops to discuss the 
changes that are being proposed.

We are inviting all those that are interested in getting information on 
the proposed changes to the Constitution, to participate in these workshops.

*Where*: Encuentro5, 33 Harrison Ave. 5th floor, Chinatown, Boston

*Time: *6:30pm-8:30pm

La reforma Constitucional ha sido presentada por el Presidente Chavez, 
la Asamblea Nacional, y el Pueblo, via consultas realizadas en todo el 
pais. Esta reforma sera implementada, si la mayoria de los electores 
votan por el "SI" el proximo 2 de Diciembre en el referendo en Venezuela.

 

El Circulo Bolivariano de Boston ofrece dos talleres para discutir los 
cambios que se estan proponiendo.

 

Invitamos a todos que estan interesados en informarse de que se tratan 
estos cambios a la Constitucion, a participar en estos dos talleres.
