The day after the Iowa Caucus while every newspaper and TV
and radio commentator is analyzing the results and talking about the issues the
leading candidates are raising come to a program that will give you a chance to
participate.


 


Friday night’s program will not only discuss the views of
the bourgeois candidates but also the world financial crisis and its
increasingly devastating consequences for workers and farmers that is the
backdrop to the election and why working people should support the
working-class alternative -- the candidates of the Socialist Workers campaign
of Róger Calero for president of the U.S. and Alyson Kennedy for
vice-president. The issue of the Militant newspaper that will be available at
the forum will feature news of the launching of the socialist election
campaign.

(Please note the previously planned Militant Labor forum on the Cuban
revolution will be rescheduled on January 18 or 19, and an announcement of that
will be posted.)
