Support city of Lawrence Tenants
Show your support for Lawrence's Home Rule Petition to Save Affordable Housing (Bill #H4433)
Show your support for the 6 Home Rule Petitions and Statewide Enabling Act.

Lawrence HUD Tenants are fighting to save their homes now being offered for sale by landlord Collinino as 40 year mortgages are expiring.  This is the only home rule petition being heard by the Joint Committee on Housing at this hearing.

We need a STRONG showing of support to ensure that our message is heard - tell our state officials to "VOTE YES ON ALL HOME RULE PETITIONS AND THE STATEWIDE ENABLING ACT TO SAVE AFFORDABLE HOUSING."

The Joint Committee on Housing will vote on all "expiring use" bills on either March 13 or March 18.  Plan to stay after the hearing on Thursday when MAHT tenants and supporters will do lobby visits to members of the Joint Committee on Housing.
