Saturday April 19, 2008 will mark the anniversary of the start of the American Revolution. This monumental date will also set the tempo for change in the greater Boston area. The What Is Change? Voter Registration and Mobilization Event will be an afternoon long engagement focused on providing thousands of Boston citizens the necessary tools for instituting change in the local and national levels.

In addition to a voter registration drive, dozens of musicians and key local figures are slated to storm the stage with socially-conscious, solution-oriented music and messages. The event will be a fierce and active one aimed at cementing Boston as a national leader in civic engagement.
