Encuentro5 has been always available to us when we need the space and the support. Now ENCUENTRO 5 NEED US. Let's come forward.
 
Here's what the meeting and dinner will look like on FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 26, 2008: 
 
MEETING 6PM-8PM
 
>From 6:00 through 6:30 snacks and wine will be served as people arrive, dinner foods will be available by 6:30 p.m.; from 6:30 through 8:00 p.m., we will meet by addressing a short agenda:


(1) What are e5's accomplishments & challenges? [report - 5 minutes; discussion 10 minutes]


(2) What is its financial situation? [report - 5 minutes; discussion - 10 minutes]


(3) What needs to change? [brainstorm - 15 minutes]


(4) Funding our take-off phase! [proposal - 10 minutes; discussion & decisions - 40 minutes]**


PARTY AFTER 8PM -- SENDOFF DELEGATES TO THE GUATEMALA FORUM OF THE AMERICAS
 
This will be followed by light (and live) music, and a wine & cheese-style reception. It will also be an opportunity to send off our friends planning to attend the Forum of the Americas in Guatemala in mid-October.


Note: while this meeting includes fundraising as a topic, the event is free and open to all members of e5's extended community. Please bring your friends and colleagues (but let us know so we can prep dinner).
