Lawyer and Sociologist, with experience in the popular and cultural
movement. Union director since 1999. Was elected to integrate the
Executive Committee of the Central Worker Union, subdirective Bogota
Cundinamarca in the Telecommunications Business of Bogota
SINTRATELEFONOS in May of 2008 . Has participated in the EDUARDO UMANA
MENDOZA Brigade, attending to people who have had their human rights
violated and participated in the defense of persons with violated rights
in massive detentions.
Abogado y Sociólogo. con esperiencia en el movimiento popular y
cultural. dirigente sindical desde 1999. De el Sindicato de la Empresa
de Telecomunicaciones de Bogotá SINTRATELEFONOS en Mayo de 2008 fuí
electo para integrar el Comité Ejecutivo de la Central Unitaria de
Trabajadore CUT} Sub directiva Bogotá Cundinamarca. He participado en la
Brigada EDUARDO UMAÑA MENDOZA Atendiendo a las personas victivas de
violación de los Derechos Humanos y participado en la defensa de
personas privadas de la libertad en detenciones masiva.

Fredy Franco; a social scientist and historian and known as the titular
professor of the National Autonomous University of Nicaragua (UNAN-
Managua) since 1990. Representative of the Educational Universitaries of
Nicaragua as General Secretary of the Federation of Educational
Professionals of the Superior Education of Nicaragua. (FEPDES).
Represents the Educational Universitaries before the National Council of
Universities, the National Council of Education, the National Council of
Economic and Social Planning, and before the National Head of Workers.
Fredy writes for the University, Society, and Sandinista Vision. He is a
columnist for the New Diary paper.

Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Nicaragua (UNAN-Managua) desde el año
1990. Representante de los Docentes Univesitarios de Nicaragua como Secr

Consejo Nacional de Educación (CNE), el Consejo Nacional de
Planificación Económico y Social (CONPES) y ante el Frente Nacional de
los Trabajadores. Escribe para las Revistas Universidad y Sociedad y
Visión Sandinista, columnista del periódico El Nuevo Diario.
