133, featuring a report back on the Social Forum of the Americas.

This fall, thousands of activists from throughout the hemisphere gathered in
Guatemala City, under the banner, "Another America is Possible!" Eliza
Strode of A Thread of Hope (athreadofhope.org) and Saulo Araujo of
Grassroots International (www.grassrootsonline.org) will join us to talk
about their experiences at the Social Forum of the Americas. Eliza and Saulo
will lead us in a discussion about how we can connect with the work of
activists and community members in bringing this other America to fruition.


Our meeting will be at the Amnesty International Northeast Regional Office
in Davis Square. The first half-hour of the meeting will be dedicated to
letter writing on urgent human rights issues.
