Truth and Lies in the War on Terror*

This film, set in Afghanistan, Iraq and Washington, looks at the US's 
/'war on terror'/ and /'liberation'/ of countries where bloodshed and 
repression continue.

what are the real aims of this war and who are the most threatening 
terrorists? Indeed, who is responsible for far greater acts of violence 
than those committed by the fanatics of Al Queda --- crimes that have 
claimed many, many more lives than September 11^th and always in poor, 
devastated, far-away places, from Latin America to Southeast Asia?
