Free,
Quality Health Care for all Now!
The
United States Health Care Crisis and

The
Socialist Alternative

Health
care is a basic human right, and 68% of Americans that support a
single payer universal health care system. Under a single payer
system, people wouldn’t have to worry about whether they make
enough money to survive if they seek the care that they need.

Commonwealth
Care, Massachusetts’s universal health insurance system is not the
solution we need. It is estimated that 25 million Americans are not
adequately protected from high medical expenses, despite having a
health insurance plan, a condition termed as ‘underinsured’ by
the New York Times. Not to mention the 40 million Americans without
any healthcare at all.

Come
join us at Roslindale Square Library for discussion that is free and
open to the public.

Socialist
Alternative is a national organization fighting in our workplaces,
communities, and campuses against the injustices people face every
day. We are union activists, people of color, students, and
immigrants fighting for workers' rights and militant, democratic
unions, speaking out against racism, organizing against war and
oppression while combating sexism and homophobia.
