Kennedy's  Council of Economic Advisors,  he helped develop the initial
legislation for Medicare.

Marcia Angell, M.D. (invited)  -  Senior Lecturer in the Department of
Social Medicine at the  Harvard Medical School, and formerly Editor in Chief
of the New England Journal of Medicine.
