While riders wait for the so-called “independent review” to be released, we
cannot wait for answers we already know. This review is being led by
millionaire and financial executive David D'Alessandro – a man who has
nothing in common with the poor and working people that ride the T everyday,
but rather everything in common with the billionaire bankers who profit off
the MBTA's debt.

While the Governor and the MBTA canceled all the public meetings on proposed
fare increases and service cuts, they did not cancel the proposal. Many more
issues, such as the 28X project and the creation of a youth pass are still
ongoing.

Come to a “People's Hearing” and voice your demands for transportation
justice in the community!
*
Topics include:
● “Debt Servicing”: The MBTA and the Banks
● Fighting for a youth pass
● Transit Police: Not the Answer to Youth Violence
● The 28X and Beyond: Winning Community Control
● Moving the fight forward, creating “A People's Transportation Program”*
