         More than 80,000 people visited the
Fifth Venezuela International Book Fair in Caracas , November 13-22. They browsed and
purchased books and other publications from the more than 200 exhibitors, from
14 different countries, represented at this annual cultural event.
         Books about history and politics were
the most popular titles sold overall at the Book Fair according to organizers. An
indication of that interest was the many discussions between visitors and
volunteers at the Pathfinder Press stand.

Laura Garza who helped staff the Pathfinder Press stand at the book fair speak
on her experiences and discussions there.
