STOP SweatSHOPs in the Fields!
~please post widely~

Join the New England Delegation for Farmworker Justice
at 330pm on Monday, March 15
at the Stop & Shop Headquarters to demand Stop & Shop,

On Monday, March 15, we will go to the Stop & Shop Headquarters in
Quincy, to support fair treatment and fair wages for farmworkers. We
will demand that Stop & Shop push for more humane labor standards from
their Florida tomato suppliers (including a zero tolerance policy for
slavery), to pay a price premium for more fairly produced tomatoes,
and to shift purchases to growers who meet those higher standards.

Join members of the Coalition of Immokalee Workers and our delegation
of students, labor activists and people of faith at Stop & Shop/Ahold
Headquarters 1385 Hancock St. Quincy, MA 02169

Car pools will leave Providence and Boston at 2pm
