Richard Heinberg, Senior Fellow In Residence at
the Post-Carbon Institute and one of the world's foremost peak oil educators,
will discuss how the rapid depletion of fossil fuels and accelerating global
climate disruption are creating unprecedented challenges for global society in
the twenty-first century.
An engaging and inspiring speaker, Heinberg
is also the author of nine books including : Blackout: Coal,
Climate, and the Last Energy Crisis(2009), Peak
Everything: Waking Up to the Century of Declines (2007), The Oil Depletion Protocol: A Plan to Avert
