Join together with Resist the Raids Network to show your support of and
solidarity with folks on the inside. Poor conditions continue, and the
prison officials need to know that we are paying attention.

Learn how to present Know Your Rights trainings with Boston ABC.
Wednesday April 21 Free screening of "Cruel and Unusual."

Boston ABC and TransCEND Boston present a film about transgender women in
men's prisons.
Saturday, April 24 Free Tarek! Benefit concert.
6pm @ Spontaneous Celebrations. 45 Danforth St. in Jamaica Plain.

Compilation CD, an educational fundraising project to help free our
brother Tarek and all political prisoners!

Featuring a combination of hip hop, soul and r&b performances in support
of Tarek by 8 artists featured on the CD!

Join us as we write letters, send literature, and perform research for
prisoners. This is a great way for new folks to get involved with Boston
ABC and prisoner support work.
Saturday May 1 Mayday!
Anti-capitalist contingent 11am at Rose Kennedy Greenway
Join with other anti-capitalists to celebrate the history of Mayday as we
march to the Boston Common
Rally 12-2pm Boston Common. Rally for the rights of all workers, on
International Workers' Day. Speakers, music, followed by a march

ABC's monthly meeting where we plan the month's events, as well discuss
projects, legal updates, and more.
Thursday May 13 MOVE day of action in Philadelphia
There will be a 10:00 am press conference at The AFSC, located at 15th &
Cherry Sts. There will also be a 6:00 pm program at the African-American
Museum, located at: 7th & Arch Sts., which includes, the screening of 2
Films On MOVE. Following on Sunday, May 16th, there will be a CHILDRENS
PLAY performed by the MOVE children at The Rotunda, located at 40th&
Walnut Sts., directly behind the Bridge Movie Theatre.
Saturday May 15 A people's celebration of Howard Zinn.
2pm @ Old South Church. 645 Boylston St.
Featuring music, action and readings of Professor Zinn's work in the
labor, anti-war, education and civil rights movements.
Sunday May 23 Food Not Bombs festival.
12pm @ the boston common
Come celebrate 30 years of Food Not Bombs. Live music, theater,
workshops,interactive tables, a picnic, a really really free market, and
more.
Tuesday May 25 Peter Gelderloos presents "Anarchy Works."
7pm @ Encuentro 5. 33 Harrison St. floor 5 in chinatown
Peter Gelderloos will be presenting his new book "Anarchy Works" and
talking on various other subjects including the War on Terror and
Revolution; Democratization and Insurrection in Europe; and Democracy as
Totalitarianism.
