*Dear All,

Harvard University paid its top six money managers $26.7 million in 2008.
Meanwhile it treats lower-paid workers as disposable objects. More clerical
workers in Widener Library have just received layoff notices, and a
shockingly high percentage of these (two-thirds!!) are immigrants and people
of color. More than 340 clerical union jobs have been cut in the past year.
Workers in Harvard's dining halls, hit this year for the first time with a
January break without work or unemployment benefits, desperately need summer
jobs. And Harvard continues to exploit temps. Please join campus workers and
our allies as we rally to demand that Harvard create more union jobs!

Our PICKET will take place Wed., May 26 at 5 p.m., at Harvard's Holyoke
Center (1350 Mass. Ave. Cambridge, 1 block from Harvard MBTA).
