*_________SOME TID BITS OF SUNDAY DECEMBER 5 PROGRAM______*

****DJ*: Hear and learn from our very own Matt!*****

*Matthew McNeill *aka Mr. McNeill has been behind the decks for over 13
years. Starting off as a hip-hop dj back when Fat-Beats was still just a
store in Greenwich Village, Mr. McNeill learned the art of cutting,
scratching and mixing with some beats from the golden era of Hip-Hop. It
wasn't until a few years later after going to NYC clubs such as Vinyl and
the legendary Twilo that Mr. McNeill would try his hand at electronic dance
music. Once he started mixing the 4/4 based dance beats it was hard to stop
him. He would tirelessly practice and take any gig he could get-from
college frat parties to small NYC venues such as the now defunct Corova Milk
Bar. In the early 2000's Mr. McNeill relocated to Washington DC where he
continued perfecting his craft. In Washington DC Matt starting playing
events and various after-hours parties. After a short stint in LA Mr.
McNeill moved to Boston. Since moving to Boston he has been gaining a
reputation as one of the more skillfully refined house music jocks in the
city. 2010 has been a pretty good year for him, he has played at the
seminal Phoenix Landing, various loft parties and has held down a residency
for the CreateSpace parties. He has big plans for 2011 including various
productions and more CreateSpace parties in the works. If you would like

professionals seeks to reduce urban violence, trauma, and loss caused by
poverty and living in disenfranchised neighborhoods who face racism,
classism, access to deadly weapons and drugs, negative images in the media,
and STD's. The Capoeira Angola programs provides not only discipline, but
tools for urban youth as well as community to function as a healthy society
physically, mentally, and spiritually through the philosophy, practice, and
history of Capoeira Angola's indigenous knowledge and wisdom.
