[act-ma] Building A New Kind of Economic Security: Jan. 22 "Common Security Club" Facilitator Training Workshop

The economic meltdown has left people isolated, vulnerable and afraid.
In response, communities are forming Common Security Clubs to help
people find connection, information, and avenues to a new kind of
security - one based on mutual aid and support. Club participants
learn about the causes of economic and ecological changes, overcome
isolation, and strengthen community ties.

Join us on January 22 to learn about facilitating a club for your
community or congregation. No expertise is needed to facilitate a
club. If you have some experience leading small groups and you're good
at getting people talking, you can do this.

When: Saturday January 22, 2011, 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m, Lunch Provided
Where: Nate Smith House, 155 Lamartine Street, Jamaica Plain, Boston MA

Registration is required. For more information and to register:
