25% - 33% of LGBTQ individuals experience abuse by a partner. On April 12,
2011, The Network/La Red will be hosting our 7th annual Paint the Town (La)
Red to celebrate over two decades of building community to end partner
abuse.  Proceeds from the gala will fund crisis support for survivors of
domestic violence in the LGBTQ/SM/polyamorous communities as well as
community organizing, education and outreach about  partner abuse. The
evening will feature dinner, silent auction, dancing, and a variety of
performances that reflect the diversity, vitality, and talents of our
communities.  Please join us in this celebration of survival!
