Noam Chomsky is among the world’s most influential political and social critics; he has written prolifically and lectured widely about U.S. Middle East policies, dynamics within the Middle East and the Central Asian War.

Journalist Beena Sarwar is a leading Pakistani journalist and human rights advocate. She is an initiator of the Pakistani Campaign for Democracy and is active in peacemaking efforts.
