and Occupations"








VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR OCT 1 CONFERENCE \"ENDING THE ENDLESS WARS AND
OCCUPATIONS\"

Dear UJP activists,

 

Plans for our Oct. 1 UJP 10-year conference are  proceeding well!  (see
attached flyer which we encourage you to distribute).   Cosponsored by the
Suffolk University department of government, we have two  panels with good
speakers (international and war at home), a set of workshops  and a keynote
speech by Noam Chomsky.  

 

Volunteers are needed!  There  are many tasks, from putting up signs to helping
with registration.  Please let  us know if you can set aside some time to help,
and send this request to your  groups.

 

Also, register for the conference

gets you in  quickly, ensures a seat at the Chomsky talk which could be sold out
and helps us  estimate numbers for lunch and other things.
