Ending corporate rule: Hear David Cobb speak on why we need to amend
the Constitution to prohibit corporations from claiming the rights of
people

Hear David Cobb, spokesperson for the Move to Amend coalition
(movetoamend.org) on amending the Constitution to stop corporations
from claiming the same rights as people. David will present the
history of corporate personhood and talk about the work Move to Amend
affiliates nationwide are doing to pass local anti-corporate
personhood resolutions and build a US democracy movement.
David is a lawyer, political activist, and engaged citizen. In 2004,
he ran for President of the United States on the Green Party ticket
and successfully campaigned for the Ohio recount.
This event is free and open to all. It is co-sponsored by Alliance for
