Join the circle of songs and stories to honor the distinctive voice and
legacy of one of Latin America's beloved musicians, Mercedes Sosa. Rooted
in Argentine folk music, Mercedes' invincible sounds of justice crossed
beyond borders so that she was known as a woman who "didn't have any type
of barrier or any type of fear that limited her." Come on Dec. 10th to hear
her recordings and live modern renditions by local pen~ero/as and bring
your own story, song, poem, or artwork to share...
