Professor Martin Henn will be at the Lucy Parsons Center on Friday, March
25, 2011 to discuss his new book, *Under the Color of Law: The Bush
Administration's Subversion of U.S. Constitutional and International Law in
the War on Terror* (Lexington Books, 2010). This book provides a devastating
critique of the Bush-era legal memos formative of counterterrorism policy
from 2001 to 2009, going into paragraph-by-paragraph detail on the legal
issues involved. The book also explains why it is that certain Bush-era
officals should be indicted for conspiracy to commit torture in
contravention of standing federal law. For more about the book, please click
