Short pay! All out! The Great Lawrence Strike of 1912
~ Bread & Roses Centennial ~

Exhibit Ribbon Cutting and Commemoration

Free and open to the public

Just prior to the Exhibit Opening at 9:00 AM, a re-enactment of the 
events of the morning of January 12, 1912 will begin at the Everett Mill 
and proceed down Essex Street to City Hall. Please join us to experience 
this pivotal event in the life of the American worker!
Sponsored by the City of Lawrence, the Lawrence Historical Commission, 
the Strikers' Monument Committee, the Lawrence History Center, the Bread 
& Roses Heritage Committee, and the Bread & Roses Centennial Committee.
