-     Why the MBTA is proposing these rounds of service cuts and fare
increases?

-   Who gets burdened by this?

-     Why the blame and responsibility for fixing the T's finances actually
rests with the Governor and MA legislature? 

-     Why any form of a fare increase and service cuts it futile; the
deficits are a chronic problem and we'll be in the same position next year? 

-     What actions people can take and what long-term policy fixes are out
there?
