*Position/title:* Manager of Organizing and Policy Initiatives, full-time
staff position, reports to the Director of Organizing and Engagement



The Manager of Organizing and Policy Initiatives will be a full-time staff
member of a high energy, high-impact non-profit with a $2.3 million budget.
Working with teams of at-risk urban teens, she/he will oversee and co-lead
the HSTF organizing campaigns and social actions of HSTF youth. In
addition, the person in this position represents the HSTF within city-wide,
state-wide and national coalitions that are related to organizing and
policy initiatives.



Candidates should have at least 3-5 years experience in some combination of
community organizing and urban youth development. B.S./B.A. required and
bi-lingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.



Salary is commensurate with experience.
