Mystic Chorale's

  PASTURES OF PLENTY

For 22 years, Boston's 200 voice Mystic Chorale has celebrated singing as a
living force. This celebration of Woody Guthrie will come alive with special
guest Jonathan Singleton leading a band of amazing jazz and folk musicians,
giving old timey music a new twist.

 

The concert/sing will feature songs that inspired Woody Guthrie as well as
songs inspired by Woody - songs by Pete Seeger, Bob Dylan, The Wailin'
Jennys, Holly Near and others.  At the heart of the concert will be the
great songs of Woody Guthrie, ending with an inspired Gospel style rendition
of "This Land Is Your Land."  There will be plenty of opportunities to sing
along!
