Thanks to the public pressure building on the bank, including a
50-person protest and a sign-on letter from the Boston City Council,
the**important hearing on the Suero case *scheduled for last week was
postponed to this Thursday 2/07**.* They are asking the court to hold
Freddie Mac to their end of the deal and to negotiate on their offer to
buy back through Boston Community Capital <http://www.sunhomehelp.org>
before enforcing *the move-out order that was to take effect last Friday
2/01*. City Life/Vida Urbana <http://www.clvu.org> and UNITE HERE Local
26 <http://www.local26.org/> are holding *a stand-out in front of the
courthouse to send a message to Freddie Mac* in support of the Suero family.

Please join us in supporting our neighbors and holding Freddie Mac
accountable:

*Show solidarity with the Suero family and send ***a message to* Freddie
Mac
*

*along with City Life/Vida Urbana & UNITE HERE Local 26*
