DEMOCRATIC  SOCIALISM

 

and DSA.

What is this thing called "Democratic Socialism"? What is the role of
socialist theory and democratic socialist politics in the 21st Century? How
does a democratic socialist politics relate to the Occupy movement, and to
other people's movements that have arisen in the past several years?  How
relevant are labor unions? Or elections? What is Democratic Socialists of
America's role in the struggle for social and economic justice?

Join us on April 4 for a round table discussion on some of these questions.
This will be an open discussion - local DSA activists will kick it off, but
we want to hear what you have to say, as well.

The place is Encuentro 5, conveniently located near Park St. Station, in
downtown Boston.  Snacks will be served.
