home stretch I wanted give you a comprehensive update and remind you about 
a few actions. But first I want to thank everyone for their support. We 
really couldn't have pulled together this grassroots 
"unconference" in just 10 weeks without the support of <a 
href="https://sites.google.com/a/neworganizing.com/rootscamp-ma/updates-2013/over2dozensponsorsandpartnersandcounting" 
target="_blank">over 24 sponsors and 
partners</a>, and of course the generosity of our host venue 1199 
SEIU.

Registration: It's important that all attendees register by 
Wednesday so we know how much food to provide. Purchase a $20 Solidarity 
Ticket or $10 Discounted Ticket at <a

Sponsorships are still available: $100, $250 or $500.

Volunteers 
Needed We organized this 2-day event in just 10 weeks with the help of 
many amazing volunteers. Throughout the weekend volunteers will continue to 
play a significant role. Know great volunteers? Ask them to sign up by

RootsCamp MA is 
participant driven and we encourage everyone to come prepared to present on 
a topic, facilitate a dialogue, or brainstorm best practices. Sessions are 
determined the morning of the event.  If you have an expertise to share, 
are willing to facilitate a dialogue, or bring folks together to brainstorm 
best practices - then you should suggest a session. Some of you will come 
to the event with a session in mind and others will add to "The 
Wall" throughout the weekend. No credentials required. The focus is on 
communicating ideas, not fancy PowerPoints. We're encouraging you to 
change up your rote presentation and instead bring open ended questions and 
your curiosity. NOTE: There will be one break-out room with a/v set-up 
for sessions on online organizing and visual communication. Read
