CENTER FOR MARXIST EDUCATION (CME)
THE CME IS LOCATED AT 550 MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE, 2ND FLOOR, IN  
CAMBRIDGE NEAR THE CENTAL SQUARE MBTA STATION ON THE RED LINE. (The  
following events with the exception of the Bradley Manning Stand Out  
are at the CME.)

"Radicals in the Labor Movement"
What is the role for socialists in the workplace? How can we organize  
unions and reform the ones we're in to be more democratic and better  
serve their members?

Join Chris Persampieri, SEIU local 509 (personal capacity) and Nick  
Giannone, Boilermakers local 29 (personal capacity) in a panel  
discussion on the past, present and future roles of radicals in the  
labor movement.

THE CENTRAL PARK FIVE, a new documentary film from award-winning  
filmmaker Ken Burns, tells the story of the five black and Latino  
teenagers from Harlem who were wrongly convicted of raping a white  
woman in New York City’s Central Park in 1989. The film chronicles  
The Central Park Jogger case, for the first time from the perspective  
of these five teenagers whose lives were upended by this miscarriage  
of justice.  2012, 119 minutes
