THE COMMUNITY CHURCH OF BOSTON
SUNDAY SPEAKERS FORUM presents...

Sunday, September 22, 2013
11:00am

GARY GOLDSTEIN
"History of Nuclear Weapons and Current Disarmament Issues"

The abolition of nuclear weapons is an urgent humanitarian necessity.
Despite renewed commitments by nations to achieve a nuclear-weapon-free
world, all of the nuclear powers continue to invest exorbitant sums of money
in their nuclear forces.

Gary Goldstein is Professor of Physics and Astronomy at Tufts University and
a featured Massachusetts Peace Action speaker who has given many talks over
the years about the dangers of nuclear weapons and nuclear reactors. He is a
progressive and a political activist on nuclear issues, social equity,
anti-war, and environmentalism.
