[act-ma] Act-MA changes and attachments

Dear Act-MA user

The recent change in Act-MA has effected emails with attachments in a 
way that we don't totally understand.

The "Mailman" program that Act-MA uses has never handled attachments well.

It used to just strip them out and place a link to them so you could 
view them with an additional step.

Now at least some email with attachments are being totally blocked.

We encourage you to avoid using attachments until we figure out this issue.

We strongly encourage you to make sure all the vital information about 
an event is available in a text format.

If you have a flyer or other graphic item that is also available on the 
web.  Include a link to it in your email announcement.

This has the added benefit that you can update your link as new 
information comes in and if someone has the old email they can find the 
new information easily.

If anyone is familiar with the fine points of Mailman, and is able to 
lend a hand, please contact me.
