Framingham State University Professor of Food and Nutrition Dr. Susan Massad will share her recent experience at Al-Quds University in the West Bank, Palestine as a Fulbright specialist, where she served as a guest lecturer. 

She will include photographs and an overview of the agricultural and food system in this Middle Eastern country, as well as some of the political and economic challenges of living under occupation.
