Dr. Jim O'Connell, president of Boston Health Care for the Homeless, will
address the particular health challenges of living outside in extreme cold.
He'll also offer tips for passersby who encounter someone in apparent
distress.

7:30-9:00 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 4, Beacon Hill Friends House, 6 Chestnut
Street, Boston, 02108. Free admission and light refreshments. It's an
