*Ricardo Hausmann*, Director of the Center for International Development at
Harvard, co-authored the contentious article “Should Venezuela Default”,
which generated waves among bondholders and politicians alike.

*Francisco Rodríguez*, chief Andean economist at Bank of America, wrote
“Why Venezuela should not default”, arguing for a different view on how to
approach the crisis.
