The International Day of Peace, established by the United Nations in 1981,
is celebrated around the world on September 21st.  For the seventh
consecutive year, a coalition of local churches and peace and justice
groups will be marking the event with a celebration – at a new site, the
Cambridge Common – this year on September 18 (the Sunday closest to
September 21).  We are hoping your congregation or organization will join
