The Boston chapter of the Uhuru Solidarity Movement presents a screening
of PART II of the 3-hour long documentary depicting Cuba's support for
African liberation.

"Cuba: An African Odyssey" is a documentary about the Cuban Revolution's
role in giving support and solidarity to African independence struggles
in Angola, South Africa and elsewhere. During a time when Africans were
fighting to end colonial domination of their land by the U.S. and
Europe, Cuba stood on the side of African people.

There will be delicious vegan and vegetarian food for all guests to
enjoy! Tickets are $10. This event is a fundraiser for Days in
Solidarity with African People, a nationwide speaking tour where members
of the African People's Socialist Party win white solidarity with Black
Power, pay tribute to African people, look at the history of how this
injustice began, and salute to the future of liberation and justice for
African and oppressed peoples everywhere.
