When Siham and Naseem are under attack, what do we do act up fight back! 
Friends and Comrades, 

This past week Siham was physically attacked while attending a demonstration in Morrocco's Rif region. She and others were protesting the government's crackdown on leaders of the protest movement in the Rif region, which has suffered from immense underdevelopment. This is exactly the type of violence Siham was fleeing from when she applied for asylum in the U.S.

Furthermore, the fight to reunite Siham with Naseem is dire. She is facing legal and bureaucratic hurdles in Morrocco and the US and every day Naseem is growing more isolated and depressed. Now more than ever we need to act up and fight back against the extreme injustices Siham and all immigrants are facing! 

On June 30, thousands of people heard Siham in her own words call on every one of us to fight for immigrant justice and to the abolish ICE! We are calling on all of you to heed Siham's call and get involved with her campaign! 

In light of the recent attacks Siham has endured we are organizing a call-in campaign to Elizabeth Warren's office on Monday, July 9 to demand that she make a public statement in support of Siham and to sit down with Siham and organizers of the campaign to figure out how we can expedite an asylum hearing for Siham. We also urge everyone to donate to Siham's support fund! We are working on getting much needed mental health care for Naseem and every penny helps us get the care Naseem needs!
