This is the next Boston Area Science for the People (sftP) planning 
meeting.  New members welcome.

We will be having our meeting at 6:30pm tomorrow -- we may start a 
little late if Western Mass runs long. Zoom information below - note 
that, unlike past meetings, you will be required to enter a password, 
and start the meeting in a waiting room. (The password may be entered 
automatically if you click on the link below). Contact 
sftp.boston at gmail.com <mailto:sftp.boston at gmail.com> if you are waiting 
in the waiting room for more than a few minutes, or if you are joining 
late.

    We will be discussing COVID response and the next term for our Admin
    committee, and hopefully have an update on climate strike as well -
    if you have an agenda item within or in addition to these areas,
    please email the internal planning list or the SFTP Boston gmail
    account, both cc'd.

    Because our meeting starts just as Western Mass Science for the
    People's meeting ends, there may be some overlap of those meetings,
    meaning (1) we may be discussing state-wide SFTP COVID response as
    well and (2) the zoom details are still TBD. Watch this list for more.

    When these zoom details do come please note that *due to security
    concerns, (1) please do not post the zoom meeting ID/password in a
    public space* (even, say, your own Facebook page) and, (2), when you
    join the meeting, you will likely be in a virtual "waiting room"
    where you will have to wait for somebody to let you in. If you are
    stuck in the "waiting room" for more than a few minutes, please
    email sftp.boston at gmail.com <mailto:sftp.boston at gmail.com> to be let
    in.
