US capitalism-imperialism is launching a full-spectrum, new cold war
against China.  The strategists of US empire and global dominance want to
block China's rise and its socialist policy of opposing hegemony and
supporting a multi-polar world.

US aggression risks confrontation and military conflict; China does not
want war but will defend its sovereignty and territorial integrity.

What can we do to oppose the new cold war?  Will the US presidential
elections make a difference?
