The Security and Prosperity Partnership is a trade agreement between the US, Mexico, and Canada that seeks to harmonize existing regulations and facilitate transportation of goods and resources between the three countries. But the scope of SPP, the influence of corporations on negotiations, and the “behind closed doors” nature of the partnership has raised questions about who will benefit from this new pact.<BR>
