Cuban nationals </span></b><span

Ramón Labañino, </span><span

González and Antonio Guerrero -<b> who are in U.S. prisons</b></span><span
style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: Times;">,
serving four life sentences and 75 years collectively, after being
arrested September 12, 1998 and wrongfully convicted in U.S. federal
court in Miami in 2001. They were accused of conspiracy to commit
espionage against the U.S. and other related charges.</span></p>

<p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><span
style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: Times;">But the <b>Five</b> <b>were
here fighting terrorism, </b>monitoring
the actions of CIA funded, Cuba-American terrorist groups based in
Miami, in order to prevent attacks on Cuba. Over 3,000 Cubans have been
killed in such attacks. The Five collected no classified information
nor possessed any weapons and saved an untold number of lives.</span></p>
