by refusing to continue credit to Republic Windows and Doors. Worse,
more than 300 Republic workers and members of Local 1110 of the United
Electrical Workers (UE) <span> </span>are out of work and Bank of America has <strong>instructed Republic to <span> </span>not pay them <span> </span>the wages and benefit compensation they are legally entitled to</strong>
under the WARN Act In response these UE members are sitting-in until
