<div>The <b>Consulate General of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela</b> in Boston has the pleasure of inviting you to a series of lectures by <b>Venezuelan Supreme Court Justice, Fernando Vegas Torrealba</b>, who is an expert in constitutional law, commercial relations and conflict resolution.
<p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0in" align="justify">Justice Vegas was appointed to the Supreme Tribunal of Justice (TSJ) in August 2004, where he sits in the Electoral Chamber of the Supreme Court. He is also a published novelist and writes regular columns for newspapers and journals. </p>
<p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0in" align="justify">Justice Vegas will be lecturing about <b>Venezuelan politics and International Law</b>, the <b>evolution of the Venezuelan legal system</b>, the <b>autonomy of the Judiciary</b> System, <b>Participatory Democracy</b>, and the role of <b>Human Rights, Gender Equality, and Race</b> in Venezuelan Law.</p>
