<div>A 16-person socialist group from across the US visited Vietnam in January 2009, hosted by the Vietnam Women's Union. Video, slides and presentations by tour participants will give a political and day-to-day picture of life in Vietnam in recent times. Aftermath of the Vietnam War will be discussed as will the Vietnamese strategy for development, <em>doi moi</em> (the socialist market economy). Hosted by Boston chapter of Committees of Correspondence for Democracy and Socialism.</div>
