Supreme Court announced, without explanation, its decision not to
review the case of the Cuban Five who have been unjustly imprisoned in
the U.S. for 10 years for struggling against anti-Cuban terrorism. </font></span></p>

face="Times New Roman"> </font></span></p>

face="Times New Roman">Their Miami trial, held in 2001, is the only
judicial proceeding in U.S. history that has been condemned by the
United Nations Human Rights Commission.</font></span></p>

submitted to the Supreme Court on January 30th, accompanied a month
later by 13 amicus briefs, the most in the history of the Court
regarding a criminal case. The response from the government did not
even acknowledge the friends of the court briefs. </font></span></p>

face="Times New Roman"> </font></span></p>
<p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><font
face="Times New Roman">We will stand with posters and banners, handing
out flyers that demand an end to the media silence about this grave
injustice.</font></span></p>
