Exit from the east side of the station (where the UMASS buses are), then follow Mt. Vernon St, through an underpass, then go right, along the iron fence that borders the parking lot for the Bayside Expo Center. Enter the parking lot at the driveway, which has a barrier-arm (there is no payment).<br>
